Former New York Yankees great, Derek Jeter, is coming out of retirement from baseball to be an owner of the Miami Marlins. Jeter partnered with former Republican Presidential candidate, Jeb Bush, in order to win the auction to buy the Marlins. What this means for the Marlins? Only time will tell.
Let’s get people’s initial reactions to this on Twitter.

"Low Energy" Jeb Bush buys the Marlins. That must mean the Marlins will be weak on Defense and Immigration (won't hire American) - Terrible!

It's crazy to think that a former baseball player and a lifetime politician have enough money to buy a baseball team. I guess when your last name is Bush and you're arguably the best Yankee of all time, you got money. It's also crazy that the Miami Marlins are worth over a billion dollars. The Miami Marlins? Also not sure if this story gets that many headlines without the involvement of Jeter. Jeter's first decision after retiring from baseball. Get married. Second. Buy baseball. What a life. The captain keeps doing captain things.
