Tom McDonald is paying tribute to late friend Roy Riegal, a plumber and baseball lover, by flushing his ashes down ballpark toilets around the United States. McDonald’s tribute to his baseball-loving friend is delightfully strange yet so fitting. A plumber from Flushing, Queens being flushed down toilets. Just think about that for a second. How perfect.
Let’s see what Twitter thought about this odd, yet fitting, request.

Now people requesting their ashes to be spread at a certain place, like the beach or the mountains, is nothing new. But this guy's request takes the cake. What a great friend to follow through with this tribute. If we all could only be so blessed.
