Athletes exchange jerseys with each other all the time. This is nothing new. It usually takes place after they have played a game against each other. Other times the exchange takes place when they meet each other for the first time. Recently Neymar, one of the greatest soccer players in the world today, and New York Knicks star, Kristaps Porzingis, met up with each other and decided to exchange jerseys. The picture of the two holding each others’ jersey ended up going viral because of the vast difference in the two sizes.
Here’s what Twitter was saying about this exchange.

KP's jersey is almost as big as Neymar's entire body. Neymar's jersey looks like it could be KP's hand towel. https://t.co/GUaAyXrQJZ

I guess that is what you get when a 7'3" basketball player exchanges jerseys with 5'9" soccer player. Just a wee bit different in sizes. And I don't think it has to do with the difference in American size clothing compared to the European size clothing. I guess when they say "pick on someone your own size." That also pertains to exchanging jerseys.
