Ryan Fitzpatrick went to Harvard so he is a pretty smart dude. And he keeps proving how smart he is by continuing to be able to convince NFL teams to sign him as their quarterback. Fitzpatrick’s most recent victim of his genius is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who have agreed to terms on a contract with the former Jets quarterback. What makes this even more crazy is that Fitzpatrick isn’t even close to the most athletic or talented quarterback out there in free agency and is getting teams to pick him up. Meanwhile Colin Kaepernick, who everyone will say is much better than Fitzpatrick, still remains unsigned.
Let’s see how Twitter reacted to this news.
Buccaneers are giving former Jets' QB Ryan Fitzpatrick a one-year, $3 million deal, per source.

Ryan Fitzpatrick 2016: 12 TDs, 17 INTs, $3MIL in 2017
Colin Kaepernick 2016: 16 TDs, 4 INTs, Unemployed in 2017.
Let's stop pretending.

Every time a crummy QB like Ryan Fitzpatrick signs a deal we have to pretend Colin Kaepernick is an unemployed Tom Brady, I guess.

Ryan Fitzpatrick signed before Colin Kaepernick really? The NFL not blackballing him though? pic.twitter.com/XVBR4QVqLy

Ryan Fitzpatrick threw 6 interceptions IN ONE GAME last year.
That's more than Colin Kaepernick had TOTAL in each of the past 2 seasons.

No one in the history of the world has gotten more out of "I went to Harvard" more than Ryan Fitzpatrick

Bucs just signed Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick signed before Kaepernick.
Let that one sink in.
Sink all the way in.

Look what a Harvard education can do for you. Three million to be a backup?!? Not saying that this proves that Kaepernick is getting blackballed by the NFL, but it doesn't look good that a team signs Fitzpatrick before Kaepernick. Ah who am I kidding. Kaepernick is definitely getting blackballed.
