Super Bowl LV Has Officially Been Moved To A New Location

Apparently a place where it never seems to rain, Southern California, has been experiencing some abnormal inclement weather. As a result construction of the new NFL football stadium in Los Angeles has been delayed and therefore the site of Super Bowl LV had to be moved. NFL owners came together and voted unanimously to move Super Bowl LV to Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium in February of 2021.

Let’s see what Twitter was saying about this.

I know the reasoning behind why they don't do this because they don't want the Super Bowl to be cancelled or affected by the weather. But for once wouldn't it be nice to have the Super Bowl be played somewhere up north or the mid-west where the weather isn't always quite so favorable? Like maybe historic Lambeau Field in Green Bay on the frozen tundra. Or Soldier Field in Chicago. Or maybe reward the New England Patriots for all the Super Bowls they have won recently and play the game at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro. It's football for crying out loud. It's meant to be played in cold inclement weather.
