Unique Brissett II literally came out of nowhere to become the top college football recruit in the nation. He has all of the tools and skill sets college football recruiters look for. There was just one major problem. He’s not actually real. Apparently someone made up this 5 star recruit in an effort to catfish the top college football programs out there.
Let’s check in with Twitter to see what they thought of this fishy story.
Check out my HS highlights!
I miss these days

Love this. If you created a fake recruit profile, what's your name & school you attend? Unique Brissett ain't bad. https://t.co/PUHF8shKG7

I don't know. Maybe the first red flag that should have alerted you that this guy wasn't actually a real person what the fact that his first name is literally the word "Unique." And maybe the second being that he lists himself as a wide receiver from Globe Institute of Technology. Not really known for having a powerhouse football program. Maybe because of, I don't know, the fact that it closed its doors in 2016. Com'on people. We got to be better than this.
