Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin appears to have gained a few pounds over the off season. Benjamin came into Panthers’ OTAs looking a little overweight. Apparently he is going to work himself into shape during OTAs, minicamp, and practices leading up to the season.
Let’s see what Twitter thought of the shape Benjamin showed up in.

Maybe that Carolina BBQ is finally catching up to Benjamin. It amazes me how some of these professional athletes need to be told or helped into shape when it pretty much is their job to stay in peak athletic shape. After seeing this, maybe the Panthers need to put some weight incentives in Benjamin’s contract like the Seattle Seahawks did with Eddie Lacy.
