The International Olympic Committee added 3-on-3 basketball to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic program on Friday in an effort to give the games a more youthful and urban appeal. There will be eight teams in each of the men’s and women’s tournaments of the half-court format which was introduced at the 2010 Youth Olympics in Singapore.
Let’s see what people were saying about this new Olympic event.

Guessing the 3-on-3 Olympic basketball won't be full court so their should be no reason why Shaq cannot be a part of the USA squad

Apparently Ice Cube isn't the only one who thought 3-On-3 basketball would be a good idea. I wonder if the winner of Ice Cube's Big3 league will be the team that represents the United States in the 2020 Olympics? The toughest part of this whole thing has to be narrowing down all the talented players in the U.S. to only the best three. How in the world are you going to do that? I sure wouldn't want to be the person who has to make that decision.
