The Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor Fight May Actually Happen

After Dana White announced a few weeks ago that the UFC and Conor McGregor had come to terms and signed an agreement concerning the possible fight vs. Floyd Mayweather, It is now being reported that Floyd Mayweather has signed his end of the deal as well. This means that there is now nothing standing in the way and Mayweather/McGregor is pretty much a done deal. Here is the tweet that broke the internet last night and pretty much confirmed that this fight is indeed going to happen.

Now right after that tweet Biggs followed up with this which pretty much put everything in doubt again.

But then later more word came out like this that pretty much confirms that we have a fight, a venue, and a date.

Brett Okamoto from ESPN has reported that a source has confirmed to that Mayweather Promotions does indeed plan to file request with Nevada State Athletic Commission for August 26 date for a potential Conor McGregor fight. However Okamoto goes on to report that a deal has not yet been finalized and both Mayweather and McGregor have yet to file complete boxing license applications. No word has yet been released by the UFC, McGregor camp, or the Mayweather camp. But the bout is looking more real by the day.
