Former NBA champion, Dennis Rodman, took a recent trip to North Korea in attempts to promote this new digital currency for marijuana called ‘Pot Coin’. Not sure what all happened or what Rodman said while he was in North Korea, maybe it was the weed talking, but it just so happened that US student Otto Warmbier, who had been held in North Korean prison for about 17 months, was released to return back to the states. Let’s see what people were saying about Rodman’s recent trip to North Korea.

If Dennis Rodman was involved in the release of Otto Warmbier, he'll return to America to discover he's hated by Democrats for helping Trump

That awkward moment when Kim Jong-Un finally takes Dennis Rodman hostage and Americans have to act like they're outraged.

Thanks to North Korea for releasing US student Otto Warmbler. As a token of our appreciation, you can keep Dennis Rodman.

I feel vastly safer with Dennis Rodman handling the whole North Korea thing than I would with Trump

Dennis Rodman is the only person alive who is friends with Trump AND Kim Jong-un. The Otto Warmbier release could be some serious #4DChess.

CNN crediting Dennis Rodman w American student's release from N Korean prison. If only he'd gone sooner! CNN 2013: https://t.co/KO3nkTJgOr

Dennis Rodman is performing the role of U.S. diplomats by engaging with Kim Jong Un. And that's a worry https://t.co/gMmuHsZRZs

Pay no attention to Dennis Rodman's visit to North Korea again. He's literally a shiny object that distracts from #TrumpRussia

Probably just a coincidence that Rodman just so happened to be in North Korea when Otto Warmbier was released. But if Rodman did in fact have something to do with Warmbier's release, he needs to be hired as diplomat or ambassador to foreign nations immediately.
