The Vegas Golden Knights Officially Have A Team Now That Their Roster Is Set

The first NHL expansion team since the Columbus Blue Jackets and Minnesota Wild back in 2000, the Vegas Golden Knights, officially now have a full NHL roster. The NHL’s newest team created their inaugural roster out of unprotected talent from teams around the league in Wednesday’s expansion draft. Here is what people are saying about their newly acquired players.

It's been a long-time coming for Sin City to finally get a professional sports franchise. Not sure how good the Golden Knights will be or how they will pan out since they only got to select from players that the other NHL teams didn't want because they didn't go about protecting them from the expansion draft. However it looks like the Golden Knights did give up a few draft picks in exchange for being able to acquire some decent players. Only time will tell how this professional sports team experiment will work in Vegas. Nothing to lose though if it fails miserably because you know what they say "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas."
